Le Petit Event Space provides a blank canvas for your both your business adventures and events. Our space is easily accessible and comfortable for intimate events; with a capacity to hold up to 30 people comfortably and located in the heart of Roslindale Square.
Le Petit Evet Space is an minority/women - owned business and we take the time to get to know all of our clients and their needs.

Our space does have heating and a/c.
We do not have a kitchen, but you free to bring your own food and beverages.
We do not have our own private parking for the space. There is street parking and a public parking lot located near the event space
There are no restricted vendors. You can bring in whatever vendors you want, though of course we have our preferences. Feel free to explore our preferred vender list on our site.
An employee or associate of Le Petit Event Space will provide you with access to the space the morning of your event and troubleshoot any infrastructural issues that may arise. (Plumbing, Heating/cooling, electrical).
This person is a representative of the facility and although are able to provide access for deliveries, they are unable to sign for the delivery.
You will be provided contact information of the employee/associate prior to the event date in preparation for your function.
Since we have limited storage space and because we may often have another event immediately before or following yours, we need to ensure that all items needed for the event arrive during the designated load-in hours on the day. All items must be picked up during the designated load-out hours immediately following the event. This is also calculated during your rental time.
Exceptions can occasionally be made depending on our programming schedule for events following yours, but that is usually determined 7 to 15 days prior to the event. Please inquire about your specific date.
Feel free to submit a request online for the availability of your preferred date & time. We will then contact you and answer all inquiries.
A non-refundable 50% deposit of the rental fee along with a signed agreement is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your booked date.
There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit required at the time of the booking along with the deposit to secure your event. This deposit will be refunded once all items are inspected.
Le Petit Event space accepts check, cashapp, venmo and credit card through Square up,.
Le Petit Event Space will clean the space before and after your event: sweeping, mopping, detailing the bathroom, and taking care of any necessary repairs.
Although some of our experiences does included set up, our cleaning fee starts at $75.00 for the following:
