Space Rental

Hall Rental Option 

  • Hall rental four hours  plus 1 hour to set up (Client set up, event time and tear down included)
  • Bonus of an additional hour to use as you like (for a limited time)
  •  Tables: 3 of the 4Ft (48") round tables and 2 of the (30" x 72") rectangular tables 
  • Chairs:  30 Gold Chiavari chairs.  
  • Includes 5 hours of On-site Security Personal
  • Additional   hours: $60.00 per hour for weekdays and $75.00 per hour for the weekends 
  • Le Petit Service of Set up/tear down not included
  • Security   Deposit: $100.00   (on top of price)

Le Petit Experience - Start Your Night

This experience features the necessities to start your event and add your creative touch. May that touch be by a DIY enthusiast or you have your prefer vender, this option support your vision.


This experience includes:

  • Hall rental for 7 hours  (This includes Client’s set up 1 or 2 hours, 4 or 5 hours event time and one hour of tear down, total amount not to exceed 7 hours) 
  • Timeslots: Pick between 8:00am to 3:00pm, 5:00 pm to 12:00 am
  • Tables are 3 of the 4Ft (48") round tables and 2 of the (30" x 72") rectangular tables
  • Tablecloth and table runner provided by us (in polyester or satin, free range of color)
  • 30 Gold Chiavari chairs
  •  Uplighting with color of your choice 
  • Wifi
  • Bluetooth speaker
  • Includes 5 hours of On-site Security Personal
  • Additional Hours: $60.00 per hour for weekdays and $75.00 per hour for the weekends
  •  Setup included 
  • Security  Deposit: $150.00 (on top of price)

This experience includes:

  • Napkin rings (selected from our inventory)
  • Napkins (white or black)
  • 30 Gold Chiavari chairs
  • A single seat throne chair or 2 marquees letters
  • Up to 2 Backdrop of your choice or a backdrop and curtains
  • Neon or Wood sign
  • Pedestal of your choice (able to mix and match)

ADD BALLOONS FOR AN ADDITIONAL PRICE

Client is responsible for stacking chairs, disposing food, drinks, disposable plates/ cups / cutlery and separating linens from napkin rings and charger plates
